Vacuum generators

Vacuum generators provide the required vacuum. The vacuum is generated either pneumatically (ejectors) or electrically (pumps, blowers).

Ejector Modules
Ejector module with eco nozzle technology for efficient vacuum generation and high suction capacity with low air consumption. The ejector module can be installed directly on the suction cup due to the minimal space required and low weight. Primarily used in the packaging industry, for example, in cardboard box erectors for direct installation without separate housing.

Basic Ejectors
Basic ejectors without valve control and system monitoring feature a high maximum vacuum level and are mainly used for handling airtight workpieces. Due to the simple design with main body, venturi nozzle and silencer, this ejector is low maintenance and wear-resistant. The ejector's lightweight build makes it particularly suited for use in highly dynamic processes.

Inline Ejectors
Inline ejectors are used in handling systems where space is restricted. The compact design makes them suitable for space-saving, decentralized vacuum generation directly at the suction cup. Inline ejectors are installed directly in the hose line between the compressed air supply and the suction cups.

Decentralized Ejectors
Decentralized ejectors are ideal for applications with short cycle times, for example sheet metal production, automotive industry, packaging machinery and robotic technology and can be installed directly on the suction cup. High feed and evacuation volume For decentralized vacuum generation

Compact Ejectors
Compact ejectors have integrated valve technology and are mainly used in fully-automated handling plants (e.g. sheet metal production, automotive industry, robotic applications). In addition to the functions of a basic ejector, compact ejectors are equipped with a suction valve, a blow off valve, a vacuum switch and a filter.

Compact Terminals
Compact unit with multiple vacuum generators for the simultaneous and individual handling of different parts using only one vacuum system. They consist of 2 to 16 compact ejectors with eco nozzle technology, air-saving function, energy and process control and IO-Link interface. Used in dynamic and flexible processes.

Vacuum Generators End-of-Arm
The electrical and pneumatic end-of-arm vacuum generators are designed for use on lightweight robots and industrial robots. They are suitable for use in mobile robotics, in fully automated processes with low cycle and evacuation times, and in human-robot collaboration (HRC) environments.

Regulated vacuum pumps
Electric compact pumps are used for efficient vacuum generation and allow monitoring and control of the vacuum system. Handling of absorbent to slightly porous components. Use in automated processes with lightweight robots and cobots or in mobile applications.

Vacuum Pumps
Vacuum pumps generate a very high level of vacuum and are mainly used in packaging machines, manual handling systems, or for central vacuum generation in gantry-style systems. For high vacuum values with a low volume flow. Oil-lubricated pumps, dry-running pumps and water-ring pumps are available.

Vacuum Blowers
Vacuum blowers supply a very high suction rate and are therefore particularly suitable for the handling of porous workpieces such as cardboard boxes, insulation materials, particle board, or sacks.

Vacuum Reservoirs
Vacuum reservoirs are used as a safety feature in the event of sudden power failure in areas with strict safety and reliability requirements.

Vacuum Centers
The complete unit for handling and clamping tasks, consisting of pump, reservoir, monitoring and regulation. Vacuum centers are used in areas with strict requirements in terms of capacity, safety, and reliability.
